How do I order cookies from Jack’s Cookie Jar Co.?
We are a pre-order bakery. Place your order online by Thursday at 12 PM PST to get cookies baked fresh Friday.
Choose pickup in North Las Vegas, local delivery, or nationwide shipping during checkout.
Pickup location will be shared in your confirmation email.
Shipping uses USPS Priority Mail, arriving in 1–3 business days.
How much do you charge for local delivery?
We deliver to North Las Vegas, Las Vegas, and Henderson for a $8 delivery fee.
How will my cookies ship?
Our slogan is " fresh handmade cookies from our oven to your doorstep", so to maintain freshness our cookies are packaged, heat sealed and placed in a sturdy box to prevent broken cookies.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We bake our cookies fresh to order, so they will be baked and shipped out fresh every Friday. All orders will need to be placed by Thursday 12pm(noon) PST to ensure shipping on time.
We will fulfill all orders in the order in which they are received. High demand may result in additional processing time and delays.
We offer USPS Priority Mail 2-Day for shipping services.

Can I schedule a time and day for my cookies to arrive?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping or arrival times. We are at the mercy of third-party shipping providers.
We suggest you schedule your order to arrive at least one business day before desired date to allow for unseen delays.
Once the order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery or lost packages. If any of these events happen, use your tracking number to file a claim with USPS.
What if my order delivery is delayed?
We are not responsible for delays in delivery times for packages not received due to the carriers.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries.
Please contact USPS to file a claim using your tracking number that was emailed to you.
How can I track my nationwide shipping order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number information.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Purchase gift cards of various denominations under the Gift Cards tab on our website.

Are your cookies gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free?Gluten-free & vegan: Not currently available.
Nut-free: Our cookies are made in a facility with nuts. Some flavors may contain nuts. Other allergens include egg, dairy, and gluten.
How long do cookies last?
Room temperature: 3–4 days in an airtight container.
Freezer: Wrap in wax paper, then place in a plastic bag or container. Cookies last up to 3 months.
How do I reheat cookies to get them gooey and fresh?
Oven: Preheat to 250°F, heat for 5 minutes.
Microwave: 20 seconds max.
Do you offer custom packaging for corporate or special events?
Yes! We can print your logo on stickers for individually wrapped cookies and labels for boxes with proper lead time. Email jackscookiejarco@gmail.com for details.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Due to the perishable nature of cookies, we do not accept returns.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at jackscookiejarco@gmail.com.
Provide a photo of the order and a detailed description of the issue. Claims after 24 hours or without proper documentation cannot be replaced or refunded.
